Takealot not trustworthy

I recently ordered an item which was listed as 5 pack of bulbs, I ordered both the bayonette and the *****. When i received my order I only received 1 of each instead of 5 of each as the initial order stated. i made contact with Takealot and after that they changed the system to a single item. I told them to check my order history as it clearly showed 5 pack, they said they will get back to me. A few day later they asked for proof where I saw 5 pack, funny enough I went back into my order history and it was changed to a single item but lucky I saved my emails from when I ordered and even the email they sent me to collect clearly states 5 pack. I sent them screen shots and the person handling my query finally came back to me and said she booked a return and then they will send me my prefered outcome (which is the 5 pack). I returned the items and informed the person about the return and asked will they now be sending my 5 pack bulbs and the answer was that no they will credit my account only what I initially paid. Now this was frustrating as I did not want to return the items but receive the rest of my items, they **** to me by just getting me to return the items to ensure i only receive a credit what I paid, a total waste of my time for weeks now. At any store when you see something advertised for a price you will receive it at that price but Takealot went as far as changing the system to avoid this...I have the proof of my initial orders. see below 5 pack written clearly:
