Takealot not trustworthy!!

My package was delivered at the wrong address?? Now I was forced to leave me place of employment and go fetch my package myself. This is pathetic service as this is an expensive package and clearly anyone is allowed to sign for packages. Where is the confidentiality?? A lady from the shop where my package was left called me via cellphone so "someone" now also has my contact details as well. What if she didn't call me and it was something really private that I ordered?? This could have gone wrong in so many ways!! Why do we even provide addresses then? I am very disappointed as I really thought take alot was a trustworthy COMPANY! I will be going to all platforms of social media with this grevience.
