TAKEALOT NOT TREATING CLIENTS FAIRLY

I bought a treadmill 4 months ago. Accepted the package, made the mistake to not check it for defects or GLUE. After only 4 months it started giving a strange sound and we returned it. Now I am being told the return is declined BECAUSE I GLUED THE DEVICE! How ridiculous is that. Who would tamper with something that is still under guarantee??? Even if I saw glue how would I have known it's a.defect?? I'm not a treadmill expert! What I do know is that you CANNOT TRUST TAKEALOT to treat customers fairly and will ship defective products and then hold you accountable for the defect!! From a loyal client to NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TAKEALOT, you will NOT be treated fairly. I will definitely escalate this matter.
