Takealot not to be trusted with scheduled deliveries

Takealot not delivering according to there promised time (before 17h00) and date (6 Nov) and then said that I was not available. There was just a missed call at 19h52. I could get no response from the number as well as from the Polokwane branch of Takealot. Tracking no #***
