Takealot not the same online store anymore!

Their service dropped so badly horrible online store. The online payments are ridiculous. I had credit on my account place item in the cart. When to check out took my credit that is normal. But then I see there is a mistake on my order. You cannot cancel or go back your credit has been taken and you must do payment! Why have this change you could always go back correct your mistake. To log call the order or log a ticket. That takes days to resolve or just don't get any feedback.
