Takealot not taking responsibility for selling ****** tablet

I don't know whether anyone else has experienced the same problem with Takealot. I purchased a Samsung S8 Tablet from Takealot. A few months down the line, the tablet connects to the wifi and all of a sudden the tablet shows that it is ******. Now I am locked out and I can't use the tablet. I contacted Takelot to replace the tablet and asked them to explain how a ****** tablet was sold to me. And guess what... I have not heard from them and they are not taking any responsibility.
