Takealot not taking accountability and fixing delivering incomplete order. I dont know who got my other 3 items bit it wasnt me. Perhaps its a good learning for all items to be boxed together vs multiple pieces.

Incomplete items were delivered, which i raised with Takealot on the 2nd of September. Im no way near having this matter resolved. Ive been told the confirmation is that all items were packaged. What does that mean to a customer that didn't get what they ordered. I'm dissatisfied at how this matter has been handled and the time taken to resolve.
