Takealot not sticking to schedule

Good day I would just like to say how displeased I am with Takealot. I have been wanting to return an item. Everyday I keep getting told that it will be collected the next day before 5pm. Before 5pm could be 4:59pm. This is ridiculous. I am not sitting at home the whole day waiting for them to collect. If you can’t stick to a day, why not suggest a day that “may work”.

I understand that lockdown has been difficult, but stick to a day, So we can all plan accordingly or at least phone and find out if the person will be home on the day.

Come on guys, this is disappointing.
