Takealot not so satisfying

Takealot has become very sloppy these days. Its so frustrating to buy from Takealot these days. They can take 2 weeks to deliver. They don't answer calls. I am sure they are loosing business. I bought speakers, turned out they were not working, I bought shoes which were skewed, am sure someone returned them and they resold them like that, I have to return back a heater because it looked smaller than in real life than the picture...and that' not the 1st item I returned. I know for sure now that when I buy from Takealot, something is surely going to go wrong
