takealot not service orientated...itr seems.

takealot is supposed to deliver a parcel 15 Feb 2021 between 0800 and 1700. i sit there the whole day and eventually at 1500 I leave to go and get bread. Now at 1547 they dont call me or nothing, just mark it as undeliverable.

what do you expect me to do...sit there for the whole day and wait. at least ****** call me and I will be with you in two minutes to collect!

now I wonder how tomorrow will go...please call me ***
