Takealot not sending a courier for faulty product collection

I had requested a return a week after receiving the faulty item its been over 3 weeks now I keep on receiving delay messages I call endlessly but no success I was assured a courier will be sent to collect on the 11 December 2020 but it never arrived. Am disappointed in their service I need we expected such. When are you planning to fetch the product?
