TAKEALOT NOT RETURNING MY FUNDS NOR COMMUNICATING !!!! LEAVING ME IN THE DARK!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I have purchased a fridge online , the fridge showed that it could fit 2L Bottles on the side door , the fridge got delivered and no bottles could fit on the side doors, I requested a return as it’s not what I expected , it being too small, I have requested this return within 7 days , the only issue it no longer had a ibox , my return was then decline for what reason I don’t know!!!! I have mailed and called several times, the return was the 5 MARCH 2024 today is the 24 APRIL 2024 and I still haven’t received my refund , I have already purchased a new fridge because it was urgently needed, still to be left in the dark , I mean this wasn’t just some change laying in my purse this was a pricey item purchased and for me to still not receive my funds nor a communication email ****es me, knowing I am a returning customer always purchasing online , I sure will never ever purchase anything from TAKEALOT AGAIN!!! I want my refund!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is not even it!!!! The day I sent in an email for the return the very next day it was collected , I then kept getting mails stating they will be sending a driver to collect item , what item ???? This was so frustrating I got this email like 3 to 5 times stating the same bull**** even when I called In! I am extremely dissatisfied and annoyed , I eventually came to terms with them just delivering it back, and taking an item I don’t even want !!! BUT I SURE DO HAVE RIGHTS AND ITS MY DAMN MONEY I PAID FOR IT !!! then I received an Email stating it’s been shipped back to me , been tracking the item and still not even an update on the website was probably still in there warehouse 🙄then I called and mailed and the email I received says “DELIVERY COULDN'T BE MADE BECAUSE CUSTOMER WAS NOT AVAILABLE “ I mean at this point I’m like it’s either I’m getting my fridge or I’m getting my money but do not lie and say u were delivering because this was very important for me to have gotten hence me purchasing the FRIDGE, the amount of airtime and data I have been using to communicate with nobody I would expect compensation for that too. I AM NOW FED UP!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!
