TAKEALOT NOT RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS

Defect in the product, when we took the charger out the inside component just came with it, so basically they won't return products that are faulty with manufacturing problems. THE CPA CLEARLY STATES YOU HAVE TO!!!!
