TAKEALOT not returning clients money.

REFUSAL TO REFUND MY CASH.

I cancelled my order with takealot 2 hour after I placed it. After calling their call centre 5 times I eventually got them to admit that the order was cancelled and that I never took delivery of the item. After another 4 calls I eventually got them to log a return on the system to refund my money. It has been a month already and 3 more calls and my money is still not in my account!!!!!!
