Takealot not responding

I've been struggling a week with takealot to deliver two orders. They've used fedex to ship the parcels but every time they reschedule the delivery date. After a lot of emails I called takealot twice to get some information about my orders but they haven't rep**** with any answers about the whereabouts of my orders. Never ordering over takealot ever again!
