Takealot not replacing my Faulty Air Fryer

Bought a Bennet and Read air fryer for R2299, was broken and requested a replacement. When they picked up the air fryer I asked them where the replacement was and was told I would get a replacement once the have checked the faulty unit. Week or two later I followed up as I got no reply was told I got a refund but the air fryer is now R2899. Submitted that I was not happy at all and have received no feedback 3 weeks later??
