Takealot not replacing a broken tablet
Bought my daughter a Rizzen Tablet on the TopDeal from Takealot this was delivered 1 Aug 2023 still sealed as gift for my daughter on 11 Aug 2023 birthday as this is all she wanted, she opened , charged as indicated on box before use and we started the setup. The tablet keeps switching off by itself and also make buzz zzzzz sounds before it gose off on its self. Tried to communicate but only able to log refund online text no person calling to discuss matter in person. I have requested a replacement of product online just to get response requested concluded as not eligible for refund - how is this possible i paid R2900 for a broken reject and sitting with a 8year old child in tears as her gift is broken

16 Aug 2023, 03:47Just as always people not owning up to **** service but want the money for product. I wanted a replacement item on this faulty tablet but due to no answer from takealot i will not be buying from them again and so my family as well
I want my money back from takealot and not liaising with manufacturer to repair a brand new tablet as this was no 2nd hand sell
