Takealot not reliable anymore.

Placed an order and paid on the 17/06/2022. Told that my order would be delivered on the 18/06/2022. Waited all day, tracked my order was packed and with the courier. By 5:38 pm, no delivery! Lodged a query. At 7:30 pm, I received a call that the courier was outside. Not in the driveway but in front of my next door neighbors house in the dark street. Advised the courier to move into my driveway, but I was ignored, was very very afraid of everyone's security. The courier was using his cellphone to look for my order. Could not find my package and kept on asking me what I ordered. Told me he did not have it. Now the 19/06/2022 and have not heard further from Takealot? Checked the tracking and this is what I read "18 Jun 2022 16h00 "Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule. " Note I was here all day of the 18/06/2022. Now I have to wait again all day on the 20/06/2020. Be aware that Takealot is not the same anymore. This is the second time they have messed me around!!
