Takealot not reliable.

Yesterday I received an email from Takealot saying some of my wish list items were on sale at reduced prices. I went onto the site several times during the day and at NO time were they reflecting reduced prices. My last order was also a disaster. I paid and was given a delivery date so I cleared that day as one never knows the time that they come. On the delivery date I received an sms saying my parcel was lost, and the delivery date was changed to another date, when I had an appointment. I cancelled my appointment only to get another sms a few days later to say the date had been changed again-I could not mess with my appointment again so had to reschedule the takealot delivery myself. This is not the first time they have messed up. This parcel going astray is nonsense -you should be looking at your couriers. I have had one parcel handed to my neighbour who sat with it for 3 days before she gave it to me. We are not on speaking terms, since her dog ran into the street and bit me badly. The couriers should take more responsibility, but Takealot is losing business -I only use them when they have something I cannot get somewhere else.
