Takealot not refunding the full amount l paid.

l bought 2 Passione perfumes for R299 each from takealot 3 weeks ago. When l received the order l found that they sent me 1 parcel with someother perfume l didn't order, l quickly returned the perfume and l told them l received 1 parcel..Now they only credited my account with money for 1 perfume yet l paid R598. l have been calling for 3 weeks now just to get my other R299. Everyday it's some lame excuse that they're escalating the matter. Takealot is just overrated, they're *******.
