TAKEALOT NOT REFUNDING MONEY ON A RETURN

I purchased a printer and it was delivered to me on friday the 25th January - COD of R650.00. That weekend I saw that the printer could not preform some of the functions I need so I phoned TAKELOT on the saturday morning and they sent someone over on monday the 28th January to collect. I told the consultant "Chad" that I wanted the money back into my account but somehow it appeared as a credit on their system. I have emailed them over and over asking when my money will be refunded and supp**** my banking details and each time I receive an automated reply saying either it will take another 2-3 days or some other excuse was that the ink cartridges were not returned but they were still in the printer and we noted this to their collection person. I am just going around and around in circles. Its now the 8th February and I still don't have my refund. I will never ever use this company again and I don't recommend them at all. The Delivery was fine but its the refund that they have a problem with.
