Takealot not refunding for my returned item

I ordered TWO of the same item. I opened one but saw it was too small so I did not open the second item. Both items were collected in February 2023. I saw it was not "returned" in my takealot profile. I selected "return" but obviously there is no item to collect as it was already collected. So either their collecting drivers or return warehouse is messed up !!!!! I want my refund.
