TAKEALOT NOT REFUNDING

I returned an item on the 27th December and received an email that someone would contact me for my refund . When searching for their contact details you can't find it . so i left a msg requesting when my money will be refunded .To date i have received no communication from them . WHEN AM I GETTING MY MONEY REFUNDED ?
