Takealot not picking up order since 29november

My order from black Friday hasn't been picked up. 1st Ref number RRN 4359 8BCB. Called the tracking division and they said it was canceled but could not tell me why. So a second returned was logged RRN 31F1 C92C. When I called to check why the item hasn't been picked response below

I have received feedback from the courier department that your collection has been canceled as per standard operation procedure, due to you being available on three different occasions. Now, a new return will have to be logged.
