TakeALot not packing their goods

Have ordered goods from TakeALot a lot & this week ordered a Logitech combo & today they delivered & it was not packaged, just a TakeALot sticker on the Logitech box which I did not accept because it also looked like the box had been handled numerous times because it certainly was nowhere new.
