takealot not keeping with in their SLA's

Who else have issues with Takealot Seller Support and/or compliance department?

Four of products were "disabled" on takealot platform due to non compliance(scary that the cheap chinese counterfeit products are still listed)

My products dont need certification never did since 2017 and now all off sudden this ****

Its been more than a week now with no feedback no correspondence nothing, this is now from a company that prides itself of being the best. Their is NO comms nothing, in the mean time me as a very small manufacturing entity is loosing market share and income. All of my sales for the past two weeks have been cancelled/returned. Email after email no reply nothing
