Takealot not honourable

I feel like I have been cheated by Takealot and its impossible to speak to anyone who can help. They have made it intentionally difficult to interact with the help centre directly. I purchased a hard drive online order number ***. It took along long time for this item to ship in fact the dispatch date was pushed out when the order was due to be dispatched. When I finally received the item it was not even close to being correct. It was a lemon scented perfume which made me a bit suspicious because it had the barcode sticker of the hard drive on it. I find it hard to believe that this was a mistake. Hard drives and perfumes are not in the same department. I was told by the delivery agent that I had to file a return and get the item collected. This is when I noticed that the price of the item had increased on the online sore. Thats when I realised what was going on. Once I log a return it gives them the opportunity to give me a credit note and not honour the original order and that's exactly what happened. Once the incorrect item was returned I received an email saying the hard drive was out of stock and that my account had been credited with the funds. However the items is actually still in stock on the Takealot website. Clearly Takealot does not want to absorb the additional cost and are manipulating the returns system in order to avoid paying the additional cost that their supplier is now charging them. I am very disappointed in what they have done. I will think twice before using Takealot again. I would like to have the item I ordered delivered and I don't see why I should have to pay the increased price.
