TakeAlot - not honoring advertised DISCOUNTS...

I have purchased thousands of rands of merchandise form TakeAlot, over the past 2 months. One of which was a SpitBraai to the value of R4,699.00, which was at the time, discounted to R4,399.00. Once I clicked on the button to pay for all my goods, I was charged the full price of R4,699.00 instead of the discounted price of R4,399.00 for said SpitBraai (I did send them proof of both the payment amount and the discounted amount advertised at the time of my payment). I’ve contacted TakeAlot several times in numerous different ways about this error, but they all keep on ignoring me. And I still have so many other things I still need to order from them. Well, maybe this is a clear sign…to take my business elsewhere…maybe WISH or somewhere else…
