Takealot not honest about they Warranty Policy

So disappointed with this Le Creuset dish which I bought less than a year ago on Takealot . It cracked while I was roasting with it. The reason some of us buy these expensive products it's because of the promised durability. I am not sure why this product has a 5 year warranty and I cannot even return it. Never again! Takealot is refusing that I return it because of a crack I did not do but the bad product I was given.
