Takealot not holding up to warranty of goods
Regarding my last complaint on Hello peter i was contacted hours after posting lady on the phone was saying how unacceptable how they managed to loose my product or how they cannot fix it she promised me this will be sorted out but failed to come back to me this was last week Thursday. Now someone from take a lot just credited my account for the product but like i said about 100 times i didn't send my product back for credit i sent it for repairs they have lost my product now they trying to ***** me over shame on you.<br> <br> I demand to be treated better by such a company i demand i receive my product back or a replacement <br> Its not my fault you lost my product. Nobody comes back to me no one solves anything i have been going at this for almost a month now.

We have been in touch with the relevant departments who confirmed that your parcel was returned to our old distribution centre, hence the difficulty of finding the returned item as we have recently relocated. We are however delighted to confirm that your returned item has been found and we will make the necessary arrangements to have it delivered to you soonest.
