Takealot not holding their 21 day promise

RRN-c4ed-e5cb. On the 7th of December 2020 I returned my xiaomi redmi note 8. The screen was showing two apps at the same time meshed together. My issue is Takealot has a 21 day promise policy. They told me in an email that if the manufacturers weren't able to review my return in 21 days, that I'll be entitled to a refund oor a new phone. Last week a Takealot assistant called Asha Erasmus e-mailed me and asked for my power adapter, usb cable and ejector pin. Which I provided to them. Today when I complained about their 21 dai promise policy they said that they wanted my mi account password. Which can be logged into automatically. But still I provided that password. But why did they not asked me that last time? And if I didn't complain, would they have even asked me today? Our country is again going through lockdown and I'm supposed to have gotten my phone or my money back by now. How hard is it to see to apps meshed together on a phone? It seems like Takealot is doing everything in their power to not comply with their own 21 day promise policy. Great same. Very dissatisfied and greatly disappointed.
