Takealot Not good!

. I ordered a set OF TWO sunloungers .

TWO sun loungers.

BOTH OF THEM WERE TORN ON THE CANVAS.

They sent me ONE CHAIR NOT TWO.

I returned one because they only sent one. I messaged takealot stating they only sent me one.

They arranged for the second one to be collected from me and exchanged. They NEVER SENT ME THE SECOND CHAIR. I received a message saying they are out of stock and would refund. Which I assume is the second chair ???

Its been over a month... they tell me they have sent two chairs. They never! I WANT MY SECOND CHAIR OR MY REFUND

I am beyond angry and frustrated

THEY ONLY REPLACED ONE. WHAT DON'T THEY UNDERSTAND? ?????????
