Takealot: not giving what was promised.

Ordered an Xbox that came with a free Fifa 18 (Value about R900) that was on a one day special. When the delivery came they said it did not include the game. Tried calling customer care but every time someone answered the call was disconnected within 5 seconds. Emailed the email on the site. the email didn't exist. entered a query on the site. guy emails me back and says he can't see the special on the site. Any ideas where i go from here?
