Takealot not following Ts and Cs on errors

I recently purchased online HP printer. When The Takealot delivered the items purchased it was not what I have expexted, instead they send me a bunch of dusting cloths and a lable of the printer in a small box. It seems Takealot is in fault here with the whole order as they advertised it on their website and now clearly they want to get out of the situation they caused. Their T's & C's clearly state on clause 8 of errors that they will take full liability for errors on their side. As a customer I feel it is my right to receive items as advertised
