Takealot not following their own policies

I bought a Candy washing machine 21st December 2021. On 26th December I initiated a replacement request. Due to Covid and a.n.other uplift did not happen. Now they refuse to uplift and state its under warranty. MasterCare (warranty company) say that they cannot dealt with it as they only do so after 90 days following purchase. I have written of to Takealot management, so far no response.
