TAKEALOT NOT DELIVERING ON THEIR PROMISE!!!!

I purchased a few products through takealot. I requested for two returns-one to be replace, and the other to be credited to my takealot account. Its been almost two weeks now. I continue receiving text messages to say that my pickup has been rescheduled. I also continue receiving emails from the takealot team requesting for my address, but no pickups. this is new standard (low) from takealot. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM TAKEALOT ASSIST?
