Takealot not delivering on due dates

I recently ordered a matress on Takealot to be delivered. The delivery was due on the 4th of August 2020. The delivery date came and the delivery date passed, without any notification from them on why there was an delay. I queried this delay and they responded to say the matress will be delivered on the 6th of August. So on the 6th of August the courier did pitch up at my home, but to my suprize with a bakkie and a trailer full of tyres. I asked the delivery driver where the matress was. He had no idea about any matress and was looking through the whole bakkie for the "package" they had to deliver to me. I told him I only ordered a matress and then they drove of into the sunset. This is absoluty unacceptable and I will not be using them in the future any more, even though I have ordered thousands worth of products from them in the past.
