takealot not delivering on date promised

Hi I need someone fromTakealot to contact me. my order should have been delivered yesterday 02/03/2021.

on my tracker it says order not shipped yet and then i phoned twice to find out when i would be recieving my order. No concrete feedback yet.

this is not on. no communication and bad service. i am not impressed.
