Takealot not delivering my order and ignoring my communication

I ordered my things 24 June due to to be delivered 3rd July on the app, no delivery was done the delivery guy came to my work place 4th July without letting me know no calls made to me, I checked my app it says I signed for my delivery and that never happened, I did not receive my delivery I can't go through the call center their support team on email have sent empty promises, from telling me stories the driver had been involved in an accident, I was promised it will be delivered before the 10th july, the last promise was Monday 13 July it will delivered, the team has resorted to ignoring my emails no communication what so ever I need help I cannot lose over 3k to takealot
