Takealot not delivering FNB card

I never had problems with Takealot orders and the deliveries thereof. But Takealot delivery team (used by FNB for card deliveries) did not deliver my FNB card on time as their multiple SMSs and phone calls were promising. I was even told that they were at my house twice, but nobody opened the door. (I was there....) I organised for people to receive the card in my absence, when I couldn't be there; still they did not arrive. FNB, please, this is not OK, they do not deliver along with the usual good service that I receive from FNB. Its 2 weeks now, still waiting........
