Takealot not delivering ****erally and figuratively)...

This is absolute ******* that there is no way to contact you people. The Government should not allow e-commerce businesses to operate without having formal methods of contact to deal with customers' queries. The only method to contact takealot is via a useless help page on their website. This is shocking service. First my order was delayed, then the order was lost and now you guys are not replacing one of my items that you guys lost, because the price went up by R25!!! This is shocking service and I expect an explanation for this with some human interaction, not delving through a mediocre service via a help page on a website. This is atrocious service!
