Takealot not delivering and can't help?

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with takealot. I ordered a parcel on the 23rd, one week ago, the parcel was supposed to arrive on the 27th but then takealot sent a message on the tracking page that said delivery has been delayed to the 28th. That's great because there was communication, but on the 28th the parcel didn't arrive. I then contacted takealot and they assured me the parcel would arrive on the 29th and the courier would phone me when they are close. That never happened, and today I contacted takealot again asking for the fedex tracking number and they said that they cannot give me the details of the courier and regrettably there has been more delays. It seems like takealot has no idea what happens to parcels after they have been dispatched seeing that they cannot give me any details or progress on my parcel...
