Takealot NOT DELIVERING a card on behalf of FNB

Takealot is the designated courier service that is supposed to deliver my FNB debit card. They were supposed to deliver it on 4 February already. They failed to deliver it and to keep me updated on why is wasn't delivered. This morning was the second time that I phoned Takealot to try and find out wat is causing this delay. The operator told me that she will find out and phone me back - it never happened. This isn't the first time I had trouble with Takealot to deliver a bank card on time. Absolute **** service!!!
