Takealot not delivering

I ordered everyday items, that were in stock and available. I received only one of my 5 items. When I raised an enquiry from takealot, a Nasief ensured me that they will look into the matter. That was a week ago. Still waiting. I email him (takealot), with no reply or response. How long can it take to deliver dog food. Not a happy customer. Order number ***9
