TAKEALOT NOT COMIIED TO THIE SAME DAY DELIVER PROMIS

I placed an oredr with takealot for delivery same day i apid an extra R90 instead of my free delivery option the takealot team did not deliver they called me 15;45 and 15:46 I was busy and called them back 15:50 i gave them my cel nr and the attendat said he will call back only to receive an sms 30 min later to say they could not get hold of me.what a lot of nonsense.They cannot deliver because the driver left yet i paid extra for this same day delivery ******
