Takealot not as reliable as they claim

I have never in my life been this annoyed at Takealot and I'm starting to think it's a trend for them to deliver products not as advertised. I ordered something and received a completely different product... I logged the return which kept saying checking for eligibility I then called the call centre the consultant says I can take it back to process the return. Take time out of my day go back to the pick up point they refuse to accept it when I call the call centre again suddenly they are investigating it and it will take up to 10 working days. Brings back memories of the Samsung promotion ... this is just one of many problems I've had with takealot but now nah I'm done they can miss me and my money
