Takealot not allocating the promised vouchers. Shame on you.

Not good at all. I have been buying from Takealot for years. they were the best, but they are not anymore. I received an e mail during August stating that if I buy from Takealot with my visa card, then I qualify for a R 200 discount on my next shop. That was a lie. I did not receive the voucher.I followed up. They stated the quota was filled and no more is available. I then phoned Takealot and spoke to Sau****a. She stated that only selected customers were informed that there were only limited vouchers. She could not explain why not all were informed. this is not the 1st voucher that I had a problem with. I also spoke to Shunaid. She could not give me and answer. Please forward a copy of the call between me and Sau****a urgently for ***8 between 13:00 and 14:20. I will take this further. Also delete my profile with Takealot on my e mail ***. I will buy in future from another company. My friends will also be cancelling their membership with Takealot shortly. It seems that the "vouchers" is only a marketing tool from Takealot to sell more products, but when it is time to allocate the vouchers, they do not honor it.
