Takealot nonsensical waiting period for deliveries

I placed an order on the 18th December 2023 order number *** and have been following up from the 27th. I'm told the Centurion branch is scanning in the items it's been 4 days where the branch is scanning in items.

I am moving today and tomorrow, and all those items are required, but Takealot administrators don't seem to understand that. I even requested to drive to Centurion to collect the order, but no one is hearing me.

It's been 9 business days yet they say it takes 5-7 business days to deliver the items.
