Takealot none delivery

I ordered a Samsung Watch, SD card and screen protector from Takealot which was meant to be delivered today as it’s a birthday gift for someone. I waited at work until after 5pm and it never arrived. I tried tracking it only to find out that it was apparently delivered at 4:59pm which is very strange as I never received it nor signed for it. I tried contacting Takealot to be told they would contact the delivery company and get back to me. They still haven’t gotten back to me. This was a very expensive order and I want my money back. I am very disappointed
