Takealot non responsive to delivery error

I've ordered over R1000 worth of stuff from Takealot which was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of December well in time for Xmas... that day I sat at home all day as the app said they are on their way to deliver my package yet no one came to deliver... however later that day my app said that it has been delivered and I signed for it... I took it up with Takealot that same day and been waiting for them to resolve this issue since then... they came back to me days later saying that it has been delivered end of story... I mailed them back to say it has not been delivered please send me proof of delivery or even proof of my signature as apparently I signed for it... and they have been ignoring my emails ever since...
